This year, it will follow up on its tradition to serve diners a three-course meal on Thanksgiving Day. Notable dishes include a trio of wild game sampler to start, the signature smoked duck and andouille sausage gumbo and lump crab-stuffed rainbow trout served with roasted-garlic kale and sweet potato curls. The menu is priced at $58 per person, not including tax, drinks and gratuity.
