A jaw-dropping fitness model who serves in the US Air Force has amassed legions of fans for her stunning pics — both in and out of uniform.

Alysia Macedo, who was just 19 when she joined the service, regularly posts pics of herself working out and wearing sexy costumes to her 193,000 followers on Instagram.

Macedo, now 28, works as a dental assistant in the forces and said it gave her the confidence she has now and allowed her to travel the world.

She said: “I had everything I wanted in life yet never felt satisfied. I wanted to be independent, travel the world, serve my country.”

“I think everyone should serve their country.”

The stunning brunette incorporates as much fitness as she can into her daily routine.

She said: “I wake up at 4:00 a.m., go to the gym from 5:00-6:30 a.m., go to work set up for my patients at 7:30 a.m. and work until 4:30 p.m. or 5:00 depending on whats going on.”

“After work, I go to the gym for two hours and do weights.”

“In my free time I teach prevention against violence, sexual assault, and many other things for everyone on base.”

However, she admits being an attractive female in the military can be hard.

She said: “I didn’t have it easy. Most peers I spoke to for advice or mentoring were males.”

“No matter where you are people can be cruel.”

Although she doesn’t think her fellow airmen are sexist, she added: “I do think it was easier for men to be heard, and taken seriously.”

Macedo also has her own website offering fitness tips, workouts and diet advice.

She said: “Both my parents came from Europe so we didn’t have soda, chips, fast food like most American families did.”

“It was healthy but not compared to what I eat now.”

“My daily diet is a late breakfast, usually egg whites with oatmeal, snack protein bar, then a meal that consists of chicken or fish and rice.”

She added: “I want people to see me being goofy having fun working out and see that it’s not so serious and miserable.

“Its all about your mind, what you feed it.”
