A female bar manager at the Beacon Hotel claims she was fired after rebuffing a boss’ sexual advances at a holiday party, a discrimination lawsuit alleges.

Sandy Aristy, 38, began working at the Upper West Side hotel on Broadway and 75th Street in June 2014. Her job performance “always met or exceeded expectations,” prior to the annual holiday party in December 2015, the suit says.

That’s when Aristy claims she and other employees were invited by senior manager Serkar Arabaca to get massages at the Juvenex Spa in Koreatown.

While in the “common area” of the spa, Arabaca “removed his bathing suit and proceeded to flash his genitals to Ms. Aristy and other employees,” the suit charges.

Arabaca allegedly also fondled Aristy in a hot tub.

“Every time defendant Arabaca made contact with Ms. Aristy, she pushed his hands away,” the suit claims.

Following the incident, Arabaca’s “attitude towards Ms. Aristy changed for the worse,” she contends, claiming he was “hypercritical” of her work and began to “micromanage” her until she was terminated in May 2016.

The Manhattan Supreme Court suit seeks unspecified damages.

Arabaca could not be reached for comment. A hotel spokesman said Arabaca no longer works there, but declined further comment.
