Thursday, 05 October 2017, 11:44:37 AM. Someone stole a woman’s Samsung refrigerator from the hallway of her apartment complex in Greenwood Village after she left it there for months.

Stolen refrigerator. Someone stole a woman’s Samsung refrigerator from the hallway of her apartment complex the 5300 block of South Valentia Way, Greenwood Village. Apparently the woman tried to move the refrigerator into her new apartment three months prior, but it wouldn’t fit through the front door, so she left it in the hallway while she looked for storage. On Sept. 12, someone took the refrigerator while the woman was out running an errand.

Concert pocket pickers. Police were called to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheatre, 6350 Greenwood Plaza Blvd, Greenwood Village, Sept. 4 because a woman said someone stole her wallet out of her purse while she was attending a concert there. The victim said she kept her purse over her shoulder during the entire show, but the zipper was left open.

Long-term parking. Someone stole a man’s truck from the parking garage outside his office, in the 6400 block of South Fiddlers Green Circle, Greenwood Village, Aug. 28. The truck had been left there for a few days while the man was on vacation.

Couple cons with counterfeits. A man and woman went into King Soopers, 6000 S. Holly St., Greeenwood Village, and bought two $350 Visa gift cards Sept. 25. Later, store management realized that the two paid for the cards with counterfeit $100 and $50 bills.

Bicycle thieves. The property manager for an apartment complex in the 7600 block of Landmark Way, Greenwood Village, Sept. 16 called police because someone broke into one of the tenant’s storage units and stole two high-priced road bikes. The victim said nothing else was taken.
